Oliver, beloved husband of Williamina (Winne) Oliver, passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 7, 2000, after a short illness. Frank retired from Winnipeg Hydro after 49 years of dedicated service and then enjoyed a long and happy retirement. His passing leaves his wife Winne, son Craig, daughter Karen, grandson Dwayne, sister Dorothy, family in Toronto and numerous nieces and nephews. A small graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 12, at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers please make any donations to a charity of your choice.
